- The Packing Process Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving packaging operations for both Tableware and Container product lines.
- This role focuses on analyzing packaging line performance, resolving process-related issues, and implementing improvement projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze packaging line performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the development and implementation of new packaging systems and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
- Supervise packaging hall operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead the introduction of new systems and development initiatives within the packaging area.
- Support continuous improvement programs focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and quality enhancement.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Experience:1–3 years of relevant experience in packaging systems, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG environments.Technical Skills:Knowledge of PCP (Process Control Plan) and ISPC (In-Station Process Control) preparation and application.Experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.Other Requirements:Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
