Software Solution Presales Consultant

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with SURE’s offerings.
  • Develop and present proposals, including solution architecture, scope, and pricing.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation with detailed technical responses.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
  • Support the sales cycle by addressing technical questions and objections from clients.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to position SURE’s solutions effectively.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar technical role.Proven track record in designing and presenting software solutions to enterprise clients.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and software development lifecycle.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment.Experience with responding to RFPs and preparing technical proposals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with e-Government solutions and information security is a plus.Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
