Digital Media Buyer

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media buying campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other relevant channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal ROI and meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging aligned with the foundation’s mission and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the most relevant demographics for each campaign.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Negotiate with media vendors and platforms to secure advantageous rates and placements.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with ethical standards and organizational values, particularly in sensitive community contexts.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management to inform broader marketing and outreach strategies.

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or paid media management.Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with campaign budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Demonstrated commitment to ethical advertising and sensitivity to community-focused messaging.Fluency in English and/or Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
