Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Customer Acquisition
- Proactively engage, and convert new business opportunities within assigned customer segments (e.g., orthodontic labs, DSOs, aligner brands, private practices).
- Leverage AI-powered lead generation tools to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Execute targeted outreach through email, phone, and virtual meetings, adapting the approach to different cultural and regional needs (Europe, U.S.).
- Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and commercial offers that address customer pain points and highlight the unique value of K Line’s OEM aligner solutions.
- Filter and validate mass lead generation data to ensure that only leads matching the exact customer type and qualification criteria are prioritized, avoiding wasted effort.
- Log and document all leads, contacts, and customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure full visibility and accurate tracking from lead through to activation and onboarding.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification, engagement, and negotiation through to initial onboarding and achievement of agreed customer volumes.
- Once customers reach steady submission levels, ownership transitions seamlessly to the Customer Experience team for long-term relationship management.
- Account Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, building long-term relationships with C-level and Director-level stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and performance updates to strengthen trust and loyalty.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning K Line as a strategic growth partner rather than just a supplier.
- KPI Achievement & Reporting
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including:
- Number of potential customers contacted
- Meetings booked
- Pricing Proposals sent
- Conversion rates and revenue growth
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting of progress, pipeline health, and forecasting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and finalize customized packaging and branding solutions for private-label clients.
- Partner with the Production and Treatment Planning teams to ensure commercial promises align with operational capabilities.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging aligner brands.
- Provide feedback and market insights to shape K Line’s commercial strategy, pricing models, and service enhancements.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
