- Supervise, execute, and inspect all on-site electrical works according to project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
- Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, identify issues, and propose effective technical solutions.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Manage site documentation including daily reports, inspections, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with consultants and attend site meetings to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and resources needed for electrical works.
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and cost control related to electrical activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer (typically 2–5+ years).Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction site practices.Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, load schedules, and technical documents.Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
