- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within the plant.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in line with industry best practices and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement and availability of critical components.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior maintenance staff and operators.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering within an FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment.Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work on-site (on-premises) and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
