- supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage workforce schedules and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Support project manager in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction, interior finishing, or fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Shop Drawings, and Project Coordination.Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.[must be : Experience with residential, commercial, or furniture projects is a plus.]
