Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance CRM systems, ensuring full integration with all communication channels (websites, social media, marketing campaigns, sales, customer service).
Design and develop internal and external software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Oversee network infrastructure and security, ensuring stability, protection, and scalability.
Implement and integrate AI technologies to improve performance, data analysis, and decision-making.
Supervise and manage all digital platforms and cloud systems, ensuring efficiency and compatibility.
Analyze departmental needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Lead digital transformation projects, adopting the latest global best practices.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and policies.
Build and manage relationships with external technology agencies and vendors to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT systems and digital transformation.
Holder of internationally recognized certifications such as:
Microsoft / Cisco / Oracle / AWS / Google Cloud / CRM Systems
Additional certifications in AI, Data Science, or Cloud Platforms are a strong plus.
Demonstrated expertise in IT project management and system integrations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external agencies.
