Recruitment Specialist (Blue Callers)

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
4. Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
5. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
6. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and generate reports on key metrics.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


1. Bachelor's degree from any discipline.2. From 4 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment field. Blue-collars experience is highly preferred.3. Experience in using recruitment systems & portals..4. Previous experience in logistics field and heavy trucking is preferred.5. Professional user of Microsoft Office "especially excel.
