IT Executive

  • Oversee the daily operations of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Manage and support end-user hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and system upgrades aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and ensure data integrity and backup procedures are followed.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms and applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance IT capabilities and service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, including antivirus, firewalls, and regular vulnerability assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems, security protocols, and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5 to 7 years of progressive experience in IT operations or systems administration.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.Proven experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support users at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.Experience with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on IT support as required.
