Main Job Duties:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and direct the marketing team and manage department budgets.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Social Media, Digital Media, Web, Email, Printing, and Outdoor Advertising. - Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Brand Management: Develop, manage, and enhance the brand's position in the market.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with other departments, especially sales, to ensure the company's objectives are met.
- Performance Improvement: Evaluate the results of marketing activities and take necessary actions to improve future performance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.Strong experience in marketing, particularly in planning creative campaigns.Excellent leadership and management skills.Ability to perform financial analysis and understand spreadsheets.Effective communication skills and the ability to persuade.Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
