- Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
- Diagnose and solve mechanical issues efficiently .
- Coordinate with production and electrical teams to ensure smooth operation
- Supervise installation of new machines and utilities
- Design MEP systems (HVAC and plumbing) for new projects
- Use the IFS system for maintenance and project management
- Conduct facility inspections and prepare vendor comparisons for technical and financial evaluation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. ●
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve plant efficiency..
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics3 to 5 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards relevant to industrial maintenance.Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced, operational environment.
