- Cooperate with other engineers, main contractors, and other subcontractors.

- Following up and assisting the technical design office and reviewing the drawings to ensure the job properly.

- Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effects of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.

- Providing technical advice in the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of the project.
|
- Handle all issues related to the assigned area in the project and gather the needed information to implement all activities effectively. ( HVAC & fire & plumbing )

- Receive the monthly target from the Construction team in order to get the new deadlines for the ongoing project.
|
- Manage the sub-contractors and labor in order to ensure they are working efficiently according to the project specs and quality standards.
|
- Sign the material request to provide the subcontractors with the needed equipment and materials.
|
- Ensure that the activities performed by the subcontractors and the site labor force match the shop drawings to be delivered to the Quality Control.
|
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.· From 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on on-site management.· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.· Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, and 3D.· Excellent project management and organizational skills.· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
