To oversee financial performance and ensure the accuracy of accounting operations for the KSA branches through Odoo ERP. The Senior Accountant acts as the main link between Egypt and Saudi offices for financial reporting, compliance, and decision support, ensuring alignment with company policies and KSA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and review accounting entries posted by the GL and AP/AR teams through Odoo ERP.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
Monitor branch performance, cost control, and margin analysis to support management decisions.
Handle VAT, Zakat, and compliance filings for KSA in coordination with external consultants.
Lead period-end closing activities and ensure all accounts are reconciled on time.
Analyze and validate inventory valuation, COGS accuracy, and intercompany transactions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
Manage bank reconciliations, payment schedules, and fund transfers between Egypt and KSA entities.
Assist management in developing internal control systems, audit readiness, and risk mitigation plans.
Provide financial insights to the CEO and Finance Manager for strategic and operational planning.
