Administrative Coordinator

Export 2 Gulf is seeking a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The role involves administrative and coordination tasks related to customer service, follow-up, and daily operations management.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on approvals.
  • Record invoices and follow up on collections and payments.
  • Receive client requests, record them, and monitor progress until completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify new needs.
  • Conduct basic marketing activities to explore new opportunities and contact potential clients and beneficiaries.
  • Manage and respond professionally to incoming emails and requests.

 

Work Conditions:

  • Remote work (from home).
    The applicant must have:
  • A suitable laptop for work.
  • Stable and fast internet connection.
  • A quiet and organized workspace.
  • After probation, the employee will receive a company laptop and phone for work use.

 

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 days per week).

Possibility to work two days per week from the office in the future.

 

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in computer use, the internet, and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to read and understand English.Previous experience in administrative or coordination work is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.Required Skills:Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
