:Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls promptly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or company information
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
  • Provide product or service information and upsell when appropriate
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
:Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • good in English language
