Social Media Specialist

  • Develop and implement weekly and monthly content plans across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Write and create engaging content that aligns with the brand identity, including posts, stories, and short videos.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns in coordination with the marketing team or agency.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and content using analytics tools (Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages, ensuring strong audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and video production teams to create high-quality visual content.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and apply them strategically to support company goals.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics (Reach, Engagement, Clicks, Leads, ROI).
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the brand’s digital identity.
  • Propose creative ideas to improve engagement, increase followers, and boost conversions/sales.

Strong knowledge of all social media platforms and their algorithms.Excellent marketing and creative content writing skills in both Arabic and English.Good understanding of managing paid advertising campaigns.Ability to use analytics and reporting tools effectively.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Creative thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a marketing agency or commercial company).
