Account Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for each quick commerce partner, focusing on maximizing sales, market share, and profitability.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, buyers, and operations teams at quick commerce platforms.
- Lead quarterly/annual business reviews with partners to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on joint business plans.
- Negotiate trading terms, placements, and visibility agreements to secure optimal positioning for our products.
Commercial & Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of client accounts on platforms, including catalog management, new product listings, and pricing hygiene.
- Collaborate with internal Supply Chain and Operations teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure high fulfillment rates (e.g., maintaining low out-of-stock rates).
- Effectively manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring timely submission and resolution of any delivery or invoicing issues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all platform guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational requirements.
Sales & Marketing Performance:
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities, offers, bundles, and advertising campaigns in collaboration with platform marketing teams.
- Analyze platform data, sales performance (sell-out), customer behavior, and conversion metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing opportunities, and gaps in our quick commerce strategy.
- Work closely with the internal Brand/Marketing team to adapt product content and digital assets for the quick commerce format.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Category Management, with direct experience in Quick Commerce.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth through marketplace/platform management.Strong understanding of quick commerce dynamics, instant-delivery logistics, and platform-specific promotional tools.Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.Highly proficient in data analysis (e.g., MS Excel, data visualization tools) with the ability to translate data into strategic business actions.Proactive, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
