Sales Coordinator

EGYTRAFO - Egypt - Cairo

•       Coordinate and manage schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information for the Export Sales Dept.

•       Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested/needed.

•       Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and prepare / present reports

•       Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

•       Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

•       Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events


·         Bachelor's degree.·         Experience as an  coordinator from 2 to 4 years.·         Proficiency in English .·         Excellent computer skills.·         Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.·         Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
