This role oversees and leads the operations and staff management at the warehouse department. It involves ensuring efficient goods handling, inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations to support the company’s logistics and distribution objectives.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal use of resources.
- Lead, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a secure working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely shipment fulfillment and accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory accuracy and staff productivity.
- Work closely with procurement teams to align warehouse operations with overall supply chain objectives.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or staff concerns promptly and effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant Certifications in Inventory or Supply Management are advantageous.10 - 15 years of experience, at least 7 years in a similar role.
