MAX360 is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural VDC Technical Office Engineer to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise architectural shop drawings and BIM models while ensuring alignment with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. By applying BIM and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) methodologies, you will help maintain design integrity, resolve coordination challenges, and deliver high-quality results on complex international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural shop drawings and BIM models in compliance with design documents and project specifications.
- Apply BIM and VDC workflows to improve collaboration, detect clashes, and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve design discrepancies.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate material schedules.
- Draft and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify missing or conflicting design details.
- Produce comprehensive as-built drawings upon project completion.

Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and BIM coordination. Proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and AutoCAD is essential. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and design workflows. Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international clients and teams. Familiarity with U.S.-based architectural standards is an advantage.Additional Qualifications Knowledge of U.S. building codes and architectural standards (IBC, ADA, etc.). Experience across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional). Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment. Strong understanding of BIM coordination processes and LOD standards. Experience mentoring or guiding junior architects/drafters.
