  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value deals and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.7–10 years of experience in sales within the confectionery, snacks, or FMCG sector.Proven experience in distribution and coverage across multiple governorates.Strong network of clients, distributors, or wholesalers in Egypt’s FMCG market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and target-driven with strong leadership abilities.English proficiency is a plus.Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
