- Lead and oversee the factory engineering functions and utility and maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement engineering policies, standards, and procedures to drive operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with production, quality assurance, and other departments to optimize product development and manufacturing processes.
- Develop, monitor and control engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical.
