We are looking for a highly qualified Civil Site Engineer with 8–10 years of proven experience in construction and site supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage all on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all site construction activities according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings and ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Track project schedules, report progress, and propose solutions for delays.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per codes and specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and support quantity surveying activities.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies at the site.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.8–10 years of solid experience in construction projects (preferably residential, commercial, or administrative buildings).Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and preferably MS Project or Primavera.Familiarity with Egyptian Building Codes and international standards.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good command of English (spoken and written).
