We are currently seeking a passionate and result-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team, strengthen our client partnerships, drive business growth, and support our sales team in achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored fragrance & flavor solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers, and follow up with clients.
• Assist the Sales Director in sales-related tasks and coordination.
• Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Proactively generate new business by prospecting, conducting cold calls, arrange client meetings and presenting company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports through CRM system.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in B2B or FMCG industries.• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.• Proactive, target-oriented, and client-focused mindset.• Computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must).
