- Conduct onboarding, technical, product knowledge, and soft skills training for new hires and existing employees.
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions tailored to telecom operations and customer service needs.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules aligned with business goals and telecom industry requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Education, or related field.Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably in the telecom or contact center industry.Strong knowledge of telecom products, services, and customer service standards.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to engage learners of different levels and backgrounds.
