- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food packaging sector and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote SH Chemical’s products and brand.
- Provide feedback and insights to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the packaging, plastics, or FMCG industries.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
