- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts for the company.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts.
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
- Develops and executes effective Wholesale account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or a related fieldFrom 4-7 years’ experience in sales management, minimum 3 years in the same position.Minimum 4 years' experience handling Food Service accounts specific to Wholesale customers.Previous experience in the Wholesale & QSR industry is highly desirable.Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
