Electrical Construction Manager

· Oversee the review and approval of all technical submittals, drawings, and construction studies to ensure alignment with project requirements and client expectations.

· Lead electrical construction planning activities and ensure that execution aligns with the project's master schedule and strategic goals.

· Coordinate electrical construction efforts across all trades and stakeholders (civil, mechanical, architectural, subcontractors, consultants) to ensure smooth, conflict-free execution.

· Represent the electrical department in high-level project meetings with consultants, main contractors, and clients, presenting technical insights and strategic updates.

· Supervise and ensure the effective tracking, inspection, and verification of material deliveries according to site priorities and execution plans.

· Approve technical variations and site changes, ensuring proper documentation and justifications, and support the preparation of variation claims and technical proposals.

· Deliver comprehensive, data-driven progress and performance reports (weekly/monthly) to senior management, including KPIs, risk assessments, and action plans.

· Guide and support electrical site team leaders and engineers across multiple project sites, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to execution strategies.

· Ensure all electrical works meet project specifications, national/international codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Oversee and validate testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems, ensuring full readiness and compliance with client requirements.

· Contribute to developing and improving departmental policies, procedures, and execution methodologies to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

· Lead performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and support the professional development and training of engineers and site teams within the electrical section.

· Support contract and claims management efforts by providing detailed technical assessments, variation documentation, and engineering justifications.

· Ensure strategic alignment of departmental goals with overall project delivery objectives, including cost control, time management, and quality assurance.


· Bachelor’s degree in engineering Major (Electrical/ ElectroMechanical )· PMP certificate is a plus· Expertise in MEP works for construction and commercial fit-out projects· Solid and broad technical knowledge in MEP, able to independently understand and resolve technical issues· Experience and in-depth knowledge of MEP Coordination and its associated workflows· Strong knowledge and skills in Electrical Engineering, as well as MEP design and construction workflows· Strong knowledge and skills in Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design and construction workflows· Experience in residence, hospitality, or commercial projects· Background within Infrastructure works
