- Supervise and execute site work according to approved technical drawings, project specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to resolve on-site challenges and design conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly progress reports.
- Manage and allocate site resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
- Identify project risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth site execution.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage technical submittals.
- Support the commercial team by providing insights into pricing and value engineering when needed.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and integration with mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues on-site in collaboration with engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Possess strong knowledge of first fix installations, including containment, cable routing, and infrastructure preparation for MEP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.2–4 years of relevant experience in MEP works, with a focus on fit-out and fast-track projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.Strong experience in HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems and their on-site execution.Good understanding of electrical systems is an added advantage.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proven ability in site management, material procurement, and project scheduling.Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and quality standards.Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred: Experience in tender pricing and cost awareness.
