Receptionist for Derma clinic

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth upon arrival at the clinic.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic management software.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a positive clinic image.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical histories.
  • Handle patient billing, payments, and issue receipts as needed.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
  • Address patient concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a medical or dermatology clinic.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using office software and clinic management systems.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willingness to work full-time, onsite at the clinic.
