Job Responsibilities

* Conduct training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on call center best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
* Develop training materials, modules, and assessments tailored to the needs of a debt relief/debt consolidation account.
* Coach, monitor, and evaluate trainees’ performance to ensure readiness for live operations.
* Deliver refresher sessions to improve communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Collaborate with management and team leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
* Ensure training programs align with American business culture and client expectations.


Requirements* Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer (experience in finance accounts such as debt relief, debt consolidation, or related services is a strong plus).* Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.* Strong awareness of American culture, customer expectations, and call handling style.* Ability to create engaging training content and deliver sessions effectively.* Strong coaching and mentoring skills.* Based in or willing to work full-time on-site in Mohandessin, Giza.What We Offer* Competitive salary package.* A professional and supportive work environment.* Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.* The chance to make an impact by shaping the skills and success of our call center team.
