- Run end-to-end recruiting (intake → sourcing → screening → offers).
- Payroll & benefits: monthly payroll, taxes & social insurance updates; maintain employee files.
- Onboarding/offboarding: contracts, registrations/terminations; exit clearances.
- Leave management & HRIS hygiene; accurate balances and approvals.
- Employee relations: policies/letters, basic grievance handling, performance admin.
- Compliance: keep Egypt labor/tax/SI processes audit-ready.
- Reporting: weekly hiring funnel; monthly headcount & payroll variance; simple engagement checks.
3–6 years HR in Egypt covering recruiting + HR ops/payroll.Working knowledge of Egypt labor law, payroll tax, social insurance and government portals.Strong Excel/Sheets; ATS/HRIS experience a plus; English proficiency; startup pace.Nice to have: fintech/startup background, employer branding, basic BI for pipelines.
