We are seeking a sharp, creative, and strategic digital marketer with proven experience in building brands and driving growth on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for one exceptional professional who will take full ownership of our brands.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Design premium, modern visuals.
- Ensure content is authentic, high-value, and aligned with brand voice.
2. Growth & Lead Generation
- Grow followers organically with strategic, value-driven content.
- Engage actively with the community (DMs, comments, partnerships).
- Build and optimize funnels, CTAs, lead magnets, and link-in-bio flows.
- Track, analyze, and improve performance through data-driven insights.
- Proactive Outreach by conducting outbound marketing initiatives, including cold calling and emailing, to engage potential clients and introduce them to services that may benefit their needs.
3. Paid Marketing (Preferred)
- Launch, manage and optimize ad campaigns (Google + Meta + LinkedIn).
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Support retargeting and warm audience strategies.
- Scale paid efforts as the brand grows.
4. Brand & Visual Identity
- Ensure cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Use tools like Figma / Adobe Creative Suite for premium creative assets.
- Deliver brand storytelling that resonates emotionally and strategically.
Proven experience in social media growth & digital marketing.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Fluent English (speaking & writing).Strong portfolio of past growth results (please share examples).Creative yet strategic — able to balance storytelling with measurable results.Proactive and self-driven; takes ownership without waiting for instructions.Daily user of AI tools for content, research, or optimization.Bonus: knowledge of funnels, automation, email marketing, or chatbots.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)Clear and consistent posting cadence (min. 3–4 reels + 2–3 carousels weekly + daily stories).Steady 20–30% MoM growth in followers and engagement.At least one live funnel generating qualified leads.Cohesive, premium branding across Quasar and the Founder’s accounts.KPIsFollower growth (Facebook + Instagram + LinkedIn).Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves).Leads generated from social channels.Consistency in publishing.Funnel conversion rates (follower → lead → action).Growth PathThis is a long-term opportunity.
