Personnel Specialist

Job Summary: The Personnel Specialist will handle employee personnel files, attendance, social insurance, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with labor law, ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate employee records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage personnel files, contracts, and records
2. Handle attendance, leaves, and absences
3. Administer social and medical insurance
4. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies
5. Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions
6. Monitor probation periods, renewals, and contract terminations
7. Support HR operations and provide periodic personnel reports
8. Onboarding:
   - Coordinate new hire paperwork and documentation
   - Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks
9. Offboarding:
   - Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
   - Ensure return of company property and termination of access to company systems
   - Coordinate knowledge transfer and handover of responsibilities
 


1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field2. 2-4 years of experience in personnel/HR operations, preferably with payroll experience
