Marketing Supervisor (E-commerce Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Supervisor with a strong e-commerce background to lead our online marketing strategies, campaigns, and team members. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, support the development and execution of integrated campaigns, and drive the performance of our e-commerce platforms to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) focused on e-commerce growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, performance expectations, and alignment with business objectives.
  • E-commerce Operations: Collaborate with e-commerce and product teams to optimize online sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Noon, Amazon, etc.).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, website traffic, and conversion data to assess ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the development of marketing content for digital ads, website, product descriptions, social media, and email marketing.
  • Website: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with business objectives.
  • "Market Research: Stay up to date on digital marketing and e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketing strategies and platforms.Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM tools, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
