Sales Professional - "Scientific Background"

We're seeking Sales Professional to achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships through direct field engagement.

 

Job description:

Sales Execution & Target Achievement:

  • Meet monthly sales quotas by systematically following up on leads and presenting Nawah's value proposition.
  • Grow the client pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve Annual revenue targets through disciplined Accounts management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Convert client calls and meetings into business opportunities by demonstrating how Nawah's services solve their specific challenges.
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers that result in repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction scores by responding promptly to inquiries and service needs.

Contract Negotiation & Account Growth:

  • Close service agreements that meet both client budgets and company profitability standards.
  • Increase account value by introducing additional services that address client needs.
  • Ensure successful client engagement that leads to long-term partnerships.

Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts by maintaining updated pipeline records.
  • Improve service offerings by sharing actionable client feedback with internal teams.

 

Work Condition:

  • 9 AM to 5 PM
  • 5 Days per week

 ➢ Must-to-Have:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Agriculture or any relevant scientific field.At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.Previous experience in scientific services, laboratory testing, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.Minimum requirements of B1 English level.Good in using Microsoft Office. ➢ Nice-to-have:Knowledge of scientific terminology, lab operations, or research workflows.Familiarity with data collection methods, statistical analysis.Familiarity with using CRM systems.
