We are seeking a motivated Freight Forwarding Sales Executive (Junior Sales)

We are looking for a motivated candidate with 1–2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales. However, candidates with general sales experience in other industries and strong willingness to learn are also welcome. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to build a career in freight forwarding are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight services (Sea & Land).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding/shipping industry OR general sales experience in other sectors with a strong willingness to learn.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
