- Demonstrates full understanding of ALJ Finance policies and offerings to communicate unique selling points clearly to clients.
- Receives leads and identifies client needs to effectively communicate product and service information and reply to inquiries, feature functionality and credit systems to ensure achievement of set targets.
- Conducts daily visits to dealers & Corporates to support business development through actively nurturing and developing prospect relationships, to achieve sales target
- Follows up on approval and investigation process with the granting team to ensure timely response.
- Handles on hold and conditional approval cases following up with the client to fulfill the required documentations or amend their purchase request and achieve set sales targets.
- Obtains deposits and balance of payments from clients in coordination with the branch cashiers; prepares and submits Pro forma invoice for orders; subsequently coordinates the logistic processes to ensure cars are obtained from dealerships in adherence to ALJF policies.
Resolves client’s complaints and queries; and escalates complex cases to Sales Supervisor or Customer Relations Officer when required to guarantee excellent client service
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized local institution Minimum of 2 years of working experience specially with automotive car dealers commercial and passenger.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and, Outlook)Proficient English language ability
