Senior Sales Engineer (Utility & Industries)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Executing marketing and sales plan that achieve our company strategy within our dept. budget.

2. Making approach with new customers based on a weekly visit plan.

3. Update list of Electric exhibitions.

4. Attend electrical exhibitions to head hunt new customers.

5. Regular visits for existing customers.

6. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.

7. Offer complete package for tenders.

8. Collect data regarding the technical & commercial offer.

9. Preparing reports regarding to the new and current projects, potential customers, booking Achieved.

10. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities.

11. Supporting marketing activities by attending tradeshows, conferences and other marketing activities.

12. Making technical presentation and demonstrating how the product or the system solution meets the clients’ needs.

13. Daily work to investigate the market potentials and to perform the action plans.

14. Promoting our company capabilities, range of products and technical solutions through providing new initiatives.

15. Support and supervise junior sales engineer.

16. Arrange payment between current customers and Accounting department.

17. Check report of Data base with the new customers reported by junior sales engineer.

18. Ensure filling of customer comments form.

19. Analyze customer comments and follow up with any complains or unsatisfied rates.
