- Develop and maintain project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor and analyze project progress and performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
- Prepare regular reports on schedule status, cost performance, and forecasting (S-Curves, CPI, SPI, etc.).
- Establish and maintain cost control systems including budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Identify and evaluate project risks and issues, and support mitigation strategies.
- Track and validate project scope changes and their impact on cost and schedule (Change Management).
- Coordinate with various departments to gather project data and update project control systems.
- Support in preparing project status presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to internal and client project control standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in project close-out activities including final reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.3+ years of experience in project controls, planning, or cost engineering (industry-dependent).Proficient in project control software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of project management principles (PMBOK preferred).Knowledge of cost control and estimating techniques.Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
