- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell educational products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills.

1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.Willingness to learn about educational products and services.
