Marketing Supervisor

Job Role:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand image that resonates with the target audience, enhancing brand recognition, loyalty, and trust. The role involves leading digital marketing initiatives, managing branding activities, conducting market research, and coaching team members to achieve marketing goals in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image and consumer loyalty.

Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising and performance reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, specialists, and media outlets.

Manage and oversee social media platforms, coordinating with designers and developers to ensure engaging content.

Organize in-store activities, create POS materials, and manage branding budgets effectively.

Conduct consumer behavior research, surveys, and pilot studies to improve messaging strategies.

Provide coaching and leadership to the marketing team to ensure effective task execution.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Communicate with consumers, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues and strengthen market presence.

Ensure continuous optimization of marketing initiatives and timely reporting.

 


Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree.From 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG.Strong knowledge in digital marketing, branding, and market research.Leadership skills with proven ability to coach and guide a professional team.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze consumer trends and develop insights-driven strategies.Organized, innovative, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
