Job Purpose
To plan, design and optimize the CS core network to fulfil the company targets regarding voice, VAS and video services.
Report To Position Name
Extract counters from Huawei & Ericsson nodes using (M2000 & Business object) and prepare all needed reports for capacity, incident and special events.
Prepare LLD and HLD for the new network nodes and expansions.
Monitor all Core CS KPIs and trends and take the accurate decisions based on it
Perform churn analysis based daily traffic, daily call attempts, busy hour traffic and Doing the task on time with high accuracy busy hour call attempts
Provide recommendation and change across network due to user behavior or upon demand
Calculate and estimate the effect of any outage and crisis and prepare redundancy solutions
Provide service scenario and prepare the deployment plans
Prepare routing case for ON-net & POIs Traffic with consideration redundancy and overflow cases
Analyze data from probing system and node counter to provide network enhancement actions & criteria
Study the impact due to new features or changes requested from Core & RF teams
Prepare assessments for rate plans and new products and assess its impact across network
