We are seeking for one of our partners an Experienced Product Designer who can handle large-complexity features and products under the direction and supervision of leadership. Expected to understand user needs and the product's business strategy and direction, suggest innovative and thoughtful design solutions, and deliver precise, high-quality design executions.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end design for complex, cross-functional product initiatives and strategic feature development
● Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
● Create comprehensive design deliverables from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
● Collaborate closely with product managers and software developers throughout the development cycle
● Present design concepts and outputs to stakeholders and leadership
● Provide constructive design feedback to Junior and Associate Product Designers
● Participate in the design strategy discussions
Required Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.● 2-5 years of product design experience● Strong portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end design process● Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma● Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions● Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices● Knowledge of design systems and atomic design methodology● Strong presentation and communication skills● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksPreferred Qualifications● Experience with agile development methodologies● Understanding of front-end development constraints● Experience with data-driven design decisions● Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)● Familiarity with Low, no, or Vibe coding● Familiarity with AI tools or interest in prompt-based design workflows
