Technical Sales Engineer

Job Purpose
 

The Technical Sales Engineer will drive sales growth by providing technical expertise, building strong client relationships, and promoting our ready-mix concrete solutions. This role blends engineering knowledge with sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ready-mix concrete market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key accounts.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring solutions align with project specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and technical submittals.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure product performance and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the Ready-Mix division.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the Ready-Mix Concrete industry (mandatory).Strong technical knowledge of concrete properties, mix designs, and applications.Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
