We are seeking a Process Improvement Section Head / Manager & Operational Excellence) who will play a key role in analyzing and improving organizational workflows. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving continuous improvement projects across business functions. This is a hands-on position requiring strong data analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage change initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.7+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business transformation roles.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) certification required.Proven hands-on experience in process improvement or operational excellence projects.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable improvements.Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in change management and driving adoption of process changes.Ability to work independently on applied projects and deliver tangible improvements. Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in process improvement with a recorded successful improvement projects.Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks in a corporate or industrial environment.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Demonstrated success in applying Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies with measurable results.Background in project management, organizational change management, or business process reengineering (BPR).
