Human Resources Generalist

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in human resources.

● Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

● Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.

● Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
