Human Resources Generalist

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning activities.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in an organized manner.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
