- Manage and expand relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with international buyers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of international clients.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing regular reports for management review.

- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Mazloum’s offerings.
